Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Specialist to support the design, development and deployment of automated AI-driven solutions across Loans and KYC/AML workflows.

You will work hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse, building flows and apps, configuring security, and collaborating with business and technology teams to scale automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
• Understanding automation orchestration and platform security.
• Experience in financial services, banking, Loans or KYC/AML processes is a plus.

• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for Loans and KYC/AML workflows.
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions and flows.

Job description

We are looking for a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Specialist to support the design, development and deployment of process automation and AI-driven solutions across key business workflows, including Loans and KYC/AML.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse, together with a good understanding of automation, orchestration and Power Platform security.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for in-scope processes, including Loans and KYC/AML workflows and hand-offs.
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions and Power Automate flows.
• Configure and develop Copilot Studio agents to support business processes and automation.
• Design and implement Copilot Studio solutions, including conversational workflows and agent orchestration.
• Implement AI-assisted automation and orchestration capabilities across business processes.
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models to support Power Platform solutions.
• Support testing, tuning, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
• Configure and maintain Power Platform DLP policies and security controls.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate process requirements into scalable automation solutions.
