We are seeking a motivated Purchasing & Inventory Executive Assistant to support our inventory operations across multiple clinic locations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in purchasing and inventory management for medical and skincare products
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with vendors, clinics, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare, organize, and dispatch stock to clinics in an efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma
  • Preferably with experience in medical or skincare product handling
  • Meticulous, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time-sensitive logistics
