Job summary

LVMH Beauty is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to join our team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across indirect categories including merchandising, marketing, and events, working with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals.

Place in a fast-paced, international environment, you will support supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, and monitoring supplier performance while learning procurement best practices within the luxury beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration or related field.
• Able to commit Jan 2027 to June 2027 on a full-time basis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business goals.
• Assist end-to-end procurement across indirect categories (POS, Print, Events, Creative, Communications).
• Support supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Prepare and analyze RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in special projects to improve procurement efficiency and cost savings.

Job Description

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Legal) to understand their needs and ensure procurement objectives align with business goals.

Assist in the end-to-end procurement process across indirect categories, including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale elements
• Print
• Events Management
• Creative
• Communications

Support the Procurement team in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Prepare and analyze RFQs (Requests for Quotation), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and other procurement documents.

Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.

Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with LVMH Beauty's standards and policies.

Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications
