Job summary

LVMH Beauty is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Intern to join our team in Singapore, offering hands-on experience in indirect procurement across merchandising & marketing topics. You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Legal to align objectives and support cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's degree and availability January to June 2027, full-time, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, learning

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or related field.
• Available Jan 2027 to Jun 2027 for full-time internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong interest in procurement and the luxury beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Legal) to understand needs and align procurement objectives.
• Assist in end-to-end procurement process across indirect categories including POS, Print, Events Management, Creative, Communications.
• Support supplier selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Prepare and analyze RFQs (Requests for Quotation), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and other procurement documents.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with LVMH Beauty's standards and policies.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency and cost savings.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement function within the luxury beauty industry, across key indirect categories with a focus on merchandising & marketing topics.

Job responsibilities

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Legal) to understand their needs and ensure procurement objectives align with business goals.

Assist in the end-to-end procurement process across indirect categories, including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale elements
• Print
• Events Management
• Creative
• Communications

Support the Procurement team in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Prepare and analyze RFQs (Requests for Quotation), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and other procurement documents.

Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.

Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with LVMH Beauty's standards and policies.

Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency and cost savings.

Profile

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• Able to commit Jan 2027 to June 2027 on full time basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong interest in procurement and the luxury beauty industry.
