Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Technician to join our central Singapore team. You will perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of pumps and related systems, ensuring quality and safety.

The role supports workshop and on-site service activities with a permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and the salary pays up to $3,500 plus allowances and performance bonus. Candidates with 2–3 years of pump servicing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of pumps or industrial equipment servicing experience.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and fault identification.
Ability to prepare accurate technical and service reports.

Responsibilities

Install, validate, and commission pumps on-site.
Troubleshoot, service, and perform minor repairs at customer sites.
Overhaul oil-lubricated vane pumps, dry vane pumps, claw pumps, and screw pumps in the workshop.
Provide technical support and user training on pump operation.
Diagnose equipment failures and write detailed failure analysis reports.
Create, update, and maintain service records in the company database.
Use the company’s intranet system to retrieve technical information relating to pumps and systems.
Respond promptly to service requests and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Work closely with the Service Team to support workshop and on-site service activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.
