Job summary

Kerry Consulting is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a Singapore public sector organisation at the forefront of technology, regulatory policy, and innovation. The role focuses on advising on regulatory, policy, and commercial matters across technology, telecommunications, media, and data protection.

You will support legislative development, manage legal risks and disputes, and partner with stakeholders on governance and enforcement matters.

Qualifications

• Law degree, qualified to practise in Singapore.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private practice and/or in-house legal roles within TMT, ICT, or data protection sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advising on regulatory, policy, and commercial matters across technology, telecommunications, media, and data protection domains.
• Support legislative development and governance matters; manage legal risks and disputes; partner with stakeholders on enforcement initiatives.
