Zenika is seeking a Project Manager (Zenika Consultant) to lead technology projects for public sector services, partnering with business analysts and product stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions from concept to completion.

You are digitally savvy, proactive, and energized by applying AI and emerging tech to real-world needs, with a strong IT background and experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, preferably technology/IT
• Experience delivering digital or transformation projects in public sector or regulated environments
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Technical background with IT teams and developers
• Experience in Agile, Cloud Technologies, Knowledge Management, or Service Design
• Experience managing system implementation and maintenance projects using Agile

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing plans, schedules, and reports
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across development and technology teams
• Oversee vendor and service provider relationships and procurement activities
• Coordinate security audits, vulnerability assessments, and day-to-day operations
• Implement and maintain processes for issue management, change control, and QA
• Identify and explore digital transformation opportunities across the organisation
