Job summary

Zenika is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive digital transformation projects across industries. You will be embedded with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into clear artefacts and actionable requirements.

In this role you’ll connect business stakeholders with engineering, shaping scalable cloud-based solutions and leading analysis, design, and validation activities. Hybrid work and a strong learning culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a business analyst in tech environments.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of digital systems and cloud concepts (APIs, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong requirements engineering, process modeling and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, aligning requirements and delivery.
• Gather and translate requirements into artefacts (user stories, process flows, specs).
• Analyse complex business problems using process mapping, data analysis, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers on solution design, including integrations and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups).
• Design and lead UAT and validation activities to ensure quality.
• Support post-go-live monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance digital products.
