Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects.
- Experience in Agile Scrum environments and end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience supporting UAT activities and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and external vendors.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritise the backlog and ensure delivery alignment.
- Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and delivery coordination activities.
- Assist testing, SIT/UAT, defect triage, and production support tasks.
