Job summary

Zeno Group Singapore is seeking motivated interns to support our accounts servicing team as they develop and deliver clients’ overall communication strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

You will gain hands-on experience in media monitoring, content creation, influencer relations, data analysis, and client liaison while working with diverse teams in a fast-paced agency culture.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic or university undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect and analyse data, making recommendations for improvements.
• Excellent team player.

Responsibilities

• Media monitoring and research.
• Content development for materials across paid, owned, earned media.
• Media and influencer relations, including pitching and liaising.
• Manage, organise, and present qualitative and quantitative data.
• Coordinate preparation of media and influencer drops, including planning and liaison.
• Research for client briefs and support on new business pitches.
• Providing on-ground support during media events.
• Support on client liaison.
