Job summary

Zeno Group, a rapidly growing global communications agency, offers an internship opportunity in Singapore. You will support the accounts servicing team, learn the full spectrum of paid, owned, and earned media, and gain hands-on experience in media monitoring, content development, and influencer relations.

The role focuses on building real-world skills and industry connections while contributing to client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic or university undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised.
• Possesses exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect and analyse data, making recommendations for improvements, changes, new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts servicing team with the development and delivery of clients' overall communication strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Learn the ropes of the communications world and acquire new skills and connections.
• Conduct media monitoring and research.
• Create content for materials across paid, owned, earned media.
• Manage media and influencer relations, including pitching and liaison.
• Coordinate preparation of media and influencer drops and planning.
• Provide on-ground support during media events.
• Support client liaison and project coordination.

Responsibilities

As an intern at Zeno, you will be integral to supporting our accounts servicing team with the development and delivery of clients' overall communication strategy - these include dabbling in paid, owned, and earned channels. Besides, you will get to learn the ropes of the communications world, and acquire new skills and connections that will be useful as you step into your professional life, including:

• Media monitoring and research
• Content development for materials across paid, owned, earned media
• Media and influencer relations, including pitching and liaising
• Manage, organise, and present qualitative and quantitative data
• Coordinate preparation of media and influencer drops, including planning and liaison
• Research for client briefs and support on new business pitches
• Providing on-ground support during media events
• Support on client liaison
