Job summary

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate PR and community engagement activities for the project.
Liaise with project teams to understand activities, schedules and potential public impacts.
Mitigate complaints arising from project activities.
Establish contacts with residents, property owners and occupiers affected by the project.
Be the first point of contact for public enquiries, complaints and feedback and coordinate timely follow-up.
Conduct stakeholder engagement and surveys to gather feedback and identify issues with mitigation measures.
