Qualifications

• 6-8 years in project management, investment/data projects in asset management or financial services.
• End-to-end project delivery: planning, stakeholders, requirements, risks, UAT, BAU transition.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management with Public Markets experience.
• Understanding of investment data concepts: positions, transactions, P&L, exposures, portfolio data.
• Ability to work with front/middle office, ops, tech and data across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication; can articulate risks/dependencies to varied audiences.
• Proficient in SQL for data investigations and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Public/Private Markets data projects from initiation to delivery.
• Work with front and middle-office stakeholders to define objectives and translate requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery tracking with risk mitigation.
• Coordinate across business, data, technology and operations to align requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritisation and scope management.
• Drive UAT, issue resolution and implementation readiness.
• Provide regular status reporting and escalation when needed.
• Apply Markets domain knowledge to validate outputs with processes.
• Support BAU transition and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Hands-on data analysis and SQL-based investigation when required.
