Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a creative content professional to lead Wakaf Masyarakat Singapura (WMS) education and outreach. You will plan campaigns, produce engaging videos and host on‑camera explainers to connect with diverse communities and younger audiences.

You will collaborate with mosques, youth groups and partners to deliver content, measure impact, and optimize campaigns for sustained participation in WMS.

Qualifications

• A tertiary education in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and visual communication demonstrated in digital content.
• Proficiency in presenting on camera and engaging diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the public education plan with campaigns across digital channels.
• Create content from idea to publication, including scripts and shoots.
• Be the on‑camera face of WMS, hosting interviews and explainers.
• Build participation through partnerships with mosques, youth groups and creators.
• Manage WMS web, social, email and donor campaigns with KPI tracking.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy and timely delivery with feedback loops.
