Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a digital marketing specialist to support PDPC’s content and social media assets. You will plan, draft, shoot and edit short form videos, posts and infographics across platforms, aligning with PDPC branding and audience needs.

You will collaborate with senior management and vendors, manage content calendars, monitor trends and optimise campaigns to boost engagement for PDPA awareness.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of digital marketing and content development experience for B2C brands.
• Strong video editing and design tool skills (CapCut, Adobe CC, Canva) and GenAI tools (Claude Design, Adobe Firefly).
• Comfortable appearing on camera with strong writing and editing abilities and adaptable tone.
• Proficient with social media analytics on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning, creation and production of social media content across formats.
• Build content calendars, coordinate deadlines and secure approvals for timely publishing.
• Draft post copy, capture footages, edit videos and design visuals for platform assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align narratives and messaging for audiences.
• Monitor trends and performance insights to optimise engagement and content quality.
• Collaborate to develop PDPC resources such as videos, publications and infographics.
• Oversee the internal content production workflow from storyboard to final asset delivery.
