MUIS Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura is seeking a contract-based Public Education Content Producer to shape how Wakaf Masyarakat Singapura is understood and engaged. You will own public education delivery, from campaign planning and hands‑on content production to being a recognisable, warm on‑camera face for WMS.

Create content for web, email and outreach, build recurring formats like explainers and interviews, and coordinate shoots with community partners to grow trust and participation.

Qualifications

• A tertiary education in any discipline; at least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, public education, digital marketing, content creation or related areas.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and visual communication skills with a portfolio of engaging digital and social media content.
• Proficiency in photography, videography and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Confident on camera, capable of presenting, interviewing and engaging diverse audiences professionally.
• Experience with social platforms, digital trends and audience engagement strategies targeting younger audiences.
• Fluent English with Malay proficiency advantageous.
• Solid analytical mindset with Google Analytics or Meta Insights to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the public education plan and translate WMS priorities into audience-focused campaigns and a rolling content calendar across digital channels and touchpoints.
• Research, script, storyboard, film and edit short videos, reels, carousels and stories for web, email and outreach materials.
• Be an engaging on-camera face of WMS, presenting explainers and hosting interviews with warmth and confidence.
• Collaborate with MUIS communications colleagues, mosques and community partners on content and activations; coordinate shoots.
• Manage digital channels and demonstrate ROI across paid and organic campaigns with KPIs, tagging and dashboards.
• Follow procurement and editorial approvals; maintain assets and ensure compliance while adapting to feedback.
