PUB, The National Water Agency in Singapore is seeking an Engineer to support planning and strategy for medium- to long-term flood resilience. You will develop plans addressing coastal and inland flooding, and coordinate with PUB teams and government agencies.
You will contribute to codes of practice, technical guidelines, and analyses to support policy reviews and implementation. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and clear communication across diverse stakeholders.
As an Engineer in the Flood Resilience Planning Department, you will be part of the Planning & Strategy team that is responsible for charting the medium to long-term flood resilience strategies for Singapore in the face of climate change.
You will also help to formulate detailed plans to strengthen Singapore's resilience against both coastal and inland flooding, and plan for resources to facilitate implementation of coastal protection and inland drainage infrastructure. In addition, you will work closely with various teams within PUB, as well as other Ministries/ agencies and industry stakeholders on wide-ranging issues related to integrated flood-resilient infrastructure planning.
