GovTech seeks a detail-oriented engineer to join the Building Plan review team within PUB's framework. You will assess submissions from QPs/LPs for sanitary, drainage and water services, coordinating with agencies and providing guidance to stakeholders on regulatory requirements.

This role is with the Centralised Services Department (CSD). You will be part of the dynamic team under PUB's Building Plan Division that reviews plan submissions for proposed developments so as to safeguard water resources, public health and against flood risks.
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental) Good analytical, writing and interpersonal communication skills Meticulous and attentive to details Self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferably with knowledge in computer application software such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and/or DWG software (e.g. Autodesk Design Review, Autodesk DWG TrueView, Bentley View) Successful candidates will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance. Thereafter, contract renewal, extension or emplacement is subject to officer performance, availability of posts and organisational priorities.
