Clients may have significant and multifaceted needs, including trauma, abuse and forensic mental health concerns and come from at-risk populations or be involved with the Rehabilitation and Protection systems within MSF.This role involves direct clinical work with caregivers, children and families, including home-based sessions, and requires flexibility to work outside conventional hours to accommodate families' schedules and availability. Ongoing clinical training and supervision will be provided, including training in evidence-informed parenting interventions and family therapy approaches, to support your professional development and ensure effective service delivery.Beyond direct clinical work, you will have opportunities to contribute to clinical programme development and evaluation, consultation, practice development and capability-building in parenting and family-focused work.

What we are looking for:
  • Provide psychological assessments and evidence-informed interventions, including parenting and family therapy, to caregivers, children and families.
  • Conduct trainings and consultation services to internal and external partners, including social service agencies
