Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks a Project/Proto Coordinator for NPDI Supplies Development Line to coordinate prototype builds in a fast-paced R&D environment. You will work with engineers, technicians and operations to plan and execute builds, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

The role requires 2–4 years in manufacturing or related fields, strong MS Office skills and excellent coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, operations support, logistics, scheduling or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, R&D or prototype environments preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) advantageous.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled prototype build activities across R&D and NPI programs.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, technicians, operations, supply chain and project teams.
• Track prototype requests, build priorities, material readiness and milestones.
• Monitor progress and communicate schedule updates, delays and risks to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain prototype build schedules, status reports and dashboards.
• Organize build readiness reviews, planning meetings and post-build reviews; document minutes and actions.
• Collect and report build results, feedback and lessons learned.
• Coordinate resolution of scheduling conflicts, shortages and resource constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of prototype activities and project status.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, tracking and reporting processes.
• Provide admin support for special projects as assigned.
