Job summary

acca careers, Singapore-based client, seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead timely financial reporting, group consolidation, and audit coordination. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge and experience in consolidation of complex real estate assets.

You will partner with finance, asset management and business teams, manage statutory reporting and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and system changes to enhance reporting quality.

Qualifications

• ACCA or Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close for timely financial reporting.
• Prepare or review group consolidation and statutory financial statements.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights for management decisions.
• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax consultants on tax compliance and filings.
• Support system implementations and process improvements in finance.
