Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Conveyancing & Property Lawyer to handle local property transactions in Singapore. You will draft and review sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and related contracts, ensuring adherence to property laws.

Responsibilities include client consultations on conveyancing, OTP negotiations, and coordinating with agents and lenders. Candidate should have a Law degree and 0–3 PQE; workdays are Mon-Fri, 9:00–18:00, at Telok Ayer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• 0-3 years PQE in conveyancing or related legal work.
• Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions such as sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
• Provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property, including legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
• Engage in negotiations with the other party’s lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP) and advise clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
• Liaise with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
