The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Conveyancing Lawyer to join its Telok Ayer office.

The role involves drafting and reviewing documents for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements, and providing clients with clear guidance on conveyancing matters. You will negotiate the OTP with the other party's lawyer and coordinate with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• 0-3 years PQE in conveyancing or related legal work
• Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions (sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements).
• Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling property, including contracts and finance.
• Negotiate OTP with opposing counsel and advise clients on the conveyancing process and rights and obligations.
• Liaise with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.
