Job summary

CASTLEREACH ASSET MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Proprietary Trader to manage a dedicated trading book, blending analytical skill, market intuition and emotional maturity to navigate a conservative capital framework.

You will trade a broad range of financial products (Futures, FX, Equities, Commodities) on global exchanges, and formulate discretionary strategies guided by macroeconomic analysis and market microstructure, with rigorous real-time risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant trading experience.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Regulatory: Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., CMFAS / Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Trade a broad range of financial products (Futures, FX, Equities, Commodities) on global exchanges using state-of-the-art technology.
• Formulate and execute discretionary trading strategies based on macroeconomic analysis, technical patterns, and market microstructure.
• Implement rigorous risk management protocols in real-time. You are expected to manage positions with a strong focus on downside protection, utilizing stop-losses, hedging strategies, and dynamic position sizing.
• Ensure all trading activity complies with internal policies and relevant regulatory frameworks.
