Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Prop Master for an English long form drama in Singapore. The role involves breaking down scripts to identify prop needs, sourcing and preparing items, and maintaining prop continuity across scenes and episodes.

You will coordinate with the Director, ADs, Art Department and Production Team to ensure props are ready for every take. You will manage purchasing, renting and returns, while keeping organized records and supporting packing, transport and storage of all props.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with good planning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced filming environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours based on shooting schedules.
• Interest in TV/drama production is advantageous.
• Production experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with script breakdown and identify props required for each scene.
• Source, purchase, rent and prepare props according to production needs.
• Organise and maintain all props during filming.
• Prepare and check props before each shoot day.
• Manage props on set and ensure readiness for each scene and take.
• Maintain prop continuity across scenes with reference photos.
• Coordinate with Director, ADs, Art Department and Production Team on props.
• Keep records of purchased, rented and borrowed props.
• Ensure rented/borrowed props are maintained and returned after use.
• Assist with packing, transport, storage and organisation of props.
