Job summary

JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY seeks a site-support engineer to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support on-site project activities for cooling water equipment. You will troubleshoot onsite issues and collaborate with customers and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, with strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient computer literacy to perform design and documentation tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Valid Singapore Driving License Class 3 to enable site visits and supervision.
• Experience with Air-Conditioning and refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries and RFQs to support sales and service processes.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of cooling water-related equipment and its proper operation to enhance service quality.
• Participate actively in meetings with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and align project goals.
• Supervise contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with site requirements and timelines.
• Deliver efficient onsite troubleshooting and issue resolution to maintain uninterrupted service operations.
• Utilize AutoCAD 2D software to design and update project drawings, supporting planning and execution.

• Utilize AutoCAD 2D software to design and update project drawings, supporting project planning and execution

Required competencies and certifications
