Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing, sanitary engineering, or construction management.
• Relevant engineering/construction qualifications and licensure are preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plumbing and sanitary engineering operations to ensure efficient project execution and business continuity
• Manage project planning, budgeting, manpower allocation, and monitor operational performance to meet targets
• Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with PUB, BCA, MOM, and other relevant Singapore regulatory requirements to uphold safety and legal standards
• Provide technical guidance on plumbing and sanitary installations, inspections, and testing to resolve technical issues and ensure quality
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Manage project costing, tender submissions, procurement, and contract administration to optimize financial outcomes
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve company productivity and profitability
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget to meet client expectations
• Lead business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• Recognised Singapore Licensed Plumber qualification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing, sanitary engineering, or construction management
• Proven experience managing projects, manpower, and business operations
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and PUB requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
