Job summary

The Small Workshop Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily construction operations, plan schedules, and coordinate activities on site.

You will lead workers and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, read blueprints, manage resources, and communicate with clients and management. Ideal candidates have civil engineering education, strong leadership, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.

• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action.

• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate activities.
• Ensure materials are available and used efficiently.
• Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and safety standards.
• Provide safety training to workers and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and other management documentation.
