Job summary

NAM HONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Responsible professional to lead project planning, coordinate technical teams, and ensure delivery of time and budget targets.

You will interface with clients and consultants, prepare progress reports, and monitor financial status, while upholding quality, safety, health and environment standards. Entry to mid-level candidates welcome; 5.5-day week with West Singapore location.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Preferably 2-3 years relevant experience in construction industry
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful.
• Proactive in solving client's issues.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.
• Candidates with more than 8 years experience and completed various projects may consider for senior position.
• Working days: 5.5days (Alternate Sat)
• Working location West

Responsibilities

• Establish success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Identify and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
• Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and monitor the project financial status.
• Any adhoc duties that assign.
