Job summary

NOVATECH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to oversee site activities in Singapore. You will manage project meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress against drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 1–3 years of experience, and the ability to travel as required. Strong English communication and self-motivation are essential to drive timely delivery and safety on site.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in the related field.
• Possess safety certificates (BCSS) an advantage.
• Willing to travel based on project site.
• Ability to communicate in English to liaise with suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project schedules.
• Highly communicative and self-motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Project management, site meetings, and coordination.
• Technical study, identify variation works, and inform to Project Manager for any cost implications.
• Schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Experience in managing a technical project, and documentation.
• Ensure contractors and projects are carried out in a safe manner.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
