Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tiles, marble, granite, or surface materials is helpful.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend showroom, telephone, online and project sales enquiries.
• Understand design, budget, quantity and project requirements.
• Recommend tiles, marble, granite, slabs and other surface materials.
• Advise on options including size, colour, finish and specifications.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop new business with interior designers, contractors, architects and developers.
• Provide after-sales support and promptly resolve customer enquiries.
