Job summary

SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable professional to identify new service opportunities, conduct site surveys, and lead project execution. The role requires managing proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience and project management exposure; proficiency in MS Office, Word and PowerPoint is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (preferred)
• 1–2 years relevant experience
• Possess project management experience
• Knowledge of Rexnord Premier Service an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new service opportunities in target markets (Industrial, commercial or B2B)
• Conduct site surveys and lead team to attend site jobs independently
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, tenders and contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers, stakeholders, vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, costing and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support PS&S activities such as Belt Splicing, Laser Shaft Alignment, NDT, Dynamic Balancing and Conveyor Belt related activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new service opportunities in target markets (Industrial, commercial or B2B sector)
• Conducting site surveys and lead team to attend site jobs independently
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, tenders and contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers, stakeholders, vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, costing and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support existing Project Sales and Services (PS&S) related activities such as Belt Splicing, Laser Shaft Alignment, NDT, Dynamic Balancing and Conveyor Belt related activities

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Engineering is preferred
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess Project Management experience
• Knowledge on Rexnord Premier Service would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Word and Powerpoint
