Job summary

Soilbuild Construction Group Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management, contractual, and commercial support through the lifecycle of construction projects. The role ensures accurate cost estimation, budget monitoring, and contract administration in line with project requirements and regulations.

The candidate will handle procurement, payment responses, VO handling, LOA/Works Orders, main contract claims, VO tracking, and regular coordination with site teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying for building or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction contracts and BCA standards.
• Accredited Professional Quantity surveyor accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets throughout projects.
• Certify quantities and manage payments to subcontractors/suppliers with supporting documents.
• Track variations and VO/AI, validate claims, and liaise with CM/SCM.
• Support risk assessment and timely project delivery.
