Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Planner/ Assistant Planning Manager to join a construction client’s team. This is a permanent, full‑time, on‑site role located in the Central area, with 5.5‑day workweeks and office hours. Salary package includes basic pay plus bonus, with strong career growth opportunities.

The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate with operations and clients, and ensure project plans remain aligned with baselines and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project planning or scheduling role within the construction industry.
• High proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Able to start work immediately or in short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard software.
• Monitor project progress against baselines, prepare regular performance reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and assess the impact of project scope changes on timeline, budget, and resources.
• Proactively adjust and revise project plans and schedules to mitigate risks and address project variations.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all project events, variations, and issues to support contractual and obligations management.
