Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Planner/Planning Engineer (Construction) to support planning, scheduling and progress reporting for electrical infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers, site teams and subcontractors, review drawings, and maintain project schedules.

A minimum of 2 years in planning is preferred; Primavera P6/Microsoft Project knowledge is advantageous. Permanent role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project planning experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience supporting LTA or similar infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning and scheduling software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting.
• Assist with project documentation, S-curve updates and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Track material quantities, deliveries, manpower requirements and site progress.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts and single-line diagrams.
• Support the preparation and updating of project schedules and progress reports.
• Highlight potential project delays or scheduling issues to the project team.

• Position : Project Planner | Planning Engineer (Construction)

• Location : Ubi | Islandwide

• Working hours : 5.5 days | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$5,500 Basic per Month + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance

• Duration : Permanent
