Job summary

NTU Singapore's School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences seeks a Project Officer to support a quantum processor project. You will handle administrative tasks, budgeting, procurement, and event coordination in a dynamic research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in research, academic, or administrative settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP and Ariba is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute finance, budgeting, manpower planning, grant administration, and policy interpretation for smooth operations.
• Oversee procurement activities: raise PRs, POs, and GRs to streamline purchasing.
• Plan and execute events such as seminars, colloquia, and conferences.
• Manage logistics for local and international meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports and claims with analytical insights to support decisions.
