Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) seeks an Admin Support & Research Analyst to back the Global Ventures team. You will perform high-value research, assist due diligence, and prepare pre/post meeting materials for senior colleagues.
You will also coordinate calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and event logistics, while maintaining databases and ensuring timely, accurate documentation. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

It is also paramount that Singapore stays competitive and attractive to venture-backed high growth companies that could disrupt the existing status quo.
In EDB Global Ventures, we are spearheading novel ways of supporting companies in their corporate venturing journey, experienced founders in building new ventures, and growth stage ventures to land their presence in Singapore. This includes embarking on joint venture building sprints, co-investment to risk-share early-stage growth of their ventures, and active portfolio value creation to scale each venture. To drive awareness and level up the ecosystem capabilities in corporate venturing and innovation, our team is also responsible for developing and executing new outreach models, programmes, and community building efforts.
This role is expected to be primarily a support role for internal teams. Candidates who are additionally able to undertake the following will be preferentially considered:
