Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for critical government systems. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder engagement across agile and waterfall projects.

You will coordinate audits, security remediation, and system deployments, while ensuring continuity of 10+ MOM eServices. A PMP/CITPM or equivalent certification and cloud experience with AWS/GCC are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the government/public sector.
• Proven experience managing critical government systems operations.
• PMP, CITPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with authentication gateway integration (Active Directory, Singpass/Corppass).
• Experience with payment gateway integration solutions (GIRO, PayNow, etc.).

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a leading technology consultancy headquartered in Singapore with a presence in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Overview

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract role (possibility of extension). The role involves managing critical operations for Common Services Provider and Common Payment Gateway systems supporting 10+ MOM eServices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and vendor management for critical systems.
• Plan and execute project budgets and service requests.
• Coordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities.
• Manage AWS/GCC resources and infrastructure hosting.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure delivery of change requests on time and of quality.
• Ensure business continuity for internet‑facing eServices with no unplanned downtime outside maintenance windows.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and stakeholder management.
• Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and governance processes.
• Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality deliverables.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Technical & Domain Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in the government/public sector.
• Proven experience managing critical government systems operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management.
• Background in managing internet‑facing eServices.
• Experience with government digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with authentication gateway integration such as Active Directory and Singpass/Corppass.
• Experience with payment gateway integration solutions (e.g., GIRO, PayNow, etc.).
• Experience with financial institutions or payment gateways (e.g., DBS, Stripe).

Project Management Expertise

• PMP, CITPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with contract management and procurement.
• Proven track record in budget management and resource planning.
• Risk management and change management expertise.
