Job summary

AMPOWER INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE HOLDING CO., LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager with strong technical expertise in control systems, electrical engineering, testing & commissioning, and PLC/SCADA programming.

You will manage project execution, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review electrical schematics, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate commissioning

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of project/site management experience in automation systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
Hands-on programming with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).
Familiar with Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, BACnet.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning through execution and completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor schedules, manpower, procurement and site progress.
Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
Lead testing and commissioning; develop procedures and test plans.
