Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a project engineering/PM role to manage security inspection technology projects islandwide in Singapore. The position offers a basic salary of SGD 5,000 to 6,000 per month plus allowances and bonuses.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing site installation, testing and handover, with emphasis on meeting schedules, drawings review and stakeholder communication. Working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri; e2i partnership mentioned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
• At least 2–3 years of project engineering/PM experience.
• Experience in site coordination and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
• Candidates with experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
• Good experience in project coordination, site implementation and stakeholder management.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
