Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead technical projects from planning to handover, across islandwide sites in Singapore.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields, with 2–3 years of project engineering or PM experience; strong coordination and drawings interpretation required. Local travel and a 5-day work week typical.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
• Candidates with experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.
