Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a project-oriented professional to coordinate ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will gather requirements, manage testing, and work with users and vendors across departments in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in ERP/PM with exposure to major ERP systems; manufacturing experience is essential and a 1-year contract with potential extension. Working hours are standard day shift at Boon Lay, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of project management, process improvement, or ERP project experience.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation projects is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Inventory management, production planning, or warehouse operations exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Well Established Medical Devices Manufacturing Company

1-Year Contract (Renewable / Potential Conversion to Permanent)

Basic $8000 to $9300 + Completion Bonus

Working location: Boon Lay

Working day: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

ERP System Implementation

• Coordinate and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP).
• Work closely with business users, project teams, and external ERP vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather and document business requirements from various departments.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Process Improvement

• Review existing operational and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support inventory management and inventory costing enhancement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and process effectiveness.
• Recommend and implement practical solutions to operational challenges .

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate project activities across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Communicate project updates and escalade issues when necessary.
• Ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of project management, process improvement, or ERP project experience.
• Experience participating in or supporting ERP implementation projects is required.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Experience in inventory management, production planning, warehouse operations, or inventory costing will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
