Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead development and integration of IT systems for the Changi East projects. You will plan, design, implement, test, commission and handover systems to operations while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet requirements on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a strong PM mindset, and familiarity with enterprise service bus, cybersecurity, and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• 5–10 years' experience, preferably with implementation experience in large-scale projects
• Manage and coordinate integration between multiple systems/interfaces
• Coordinate between multiple stakeholders to develop concept of operations and capture requirements
• Monitor progress, risks, changes and reporting
• Knowledge of databases, IT information systems, system architecture and ESB
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance audit requirements
• Able to communicate ideas effectively in meetings and presentations
• Capable of independent delivery with strong PM and vendor management skills
• PM certifications (PMP, CITPM or Prince2) are advantageous

Job description

You will have to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are captured and implemented on time, within budget and within the scope of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of database, IT information systems, system architecture and enterprise service bus
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and compliance audit requirements
• Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects
• Able to communicate ideas, issues and solutions effectively in meetings and presentations
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management and vendor management skills
• Project management certifications in PMP, CITPM or Prince2 will be an advantage

This position is a 3-year contract with possibility of renewal.
