Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to support a dynamic team through design, construction and delivery of interior fit-out projects for multinational clients.

The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight schedules and budgets on-site in Singapore. Prior experience in D&B or interior fit-out is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and/or 1–8 years in design, construction or PM for interior fit-out.
• Experience with multinational clients and interior fit-out management.
• Ability to manage schedule, quality, cost and risk with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team from initiation to design, construction and completion.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure no downtime and on-time delivery.
• Prepare project specs, timelines, tenders and weekly updates for stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines.
