Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Cost Manager to join the Project & Development Services team on-site in Singapore. You will support project delivery from tender to completion, preparing cost estimates, reviewing documents, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep costs in check.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in a relevant field with 1–2 years of QS experience in interior fit-out projects or contracting.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field and/or 1–2 years’ experience as a QS in interior design, D&B or contractor firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and being tech-savvy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and urgency in solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender pricing, cost estimations and supplier quotations.
• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications for quantities.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, owners and contractors on cost changes.
• Compile Bill of Quantities, tender documents and amendments.
• Monitor costs, maintain procurement records and issue POs and supplier invoices for payment.
• Manage procurement via JLL’s cloud-based platform and onboard vendors.
