Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Infrastructure/M&E and Solar projects across Singapore, including Ubi and islandwide sites.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery with quality standards. This is a permanent, 5.5-day role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of M&E project-management experience.
• Experience in rail or major infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong coordination of electrical and mechanical installation works.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, schedule, budget and resources for M&E infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate activities with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor progress, costs, risks, documentation and reporting.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, safety and quality standards.
• Attend meetings and resolve site coordination, technical and operational issues.
• Manage variations, resource requirements and corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope.

• Position : Project Manager (Infrastructure | M&E | LTA | Solar Projects)
• Location : Ubi | Islandwide Project Sites
• Working hours : 5.5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$10,000 Basic per month + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance
• Duration : Permanent

• Manage the planning, execution, schedule, budget and resources for M&E infrastructure projects
• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant M&E project-management experience
• Experience in rail, LTA, transportation or comparable major infrastructure projects would be advantageous
• Strong experience coordinating electrical and mechanical installation works, contractors and project stakeholders is preferred
