Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive planning and execution across client projects.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, ensure quality, and collaborate with sales to craft tailored proposals. The role requires the PMP/CITPM certification and 4–5 years of IT PM experience including government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, with PMP/CITPM certification.
• 4–5 years IT project management experience, including at least 2 years in government projects.
• Experience with ECM software such as OpenText or EMC Documentum.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams; strong customer focus.
• Proactive team player able to interact at all levels.

• Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
• Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
• At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
• A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and dedication to achieving project success.
• A proactive, responsible team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
