FXCHANGE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hardware and software project manager to lead the integration, testing, and enhancement of their ATM kiosks. The role focuses on combining Wincor and NCT Dispenser hardware with the company's ATM platform, ensuring robust deployment to new locations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ATM systems, device drivers, middleware, and standards like CEN/XFS or XFS4IoT.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a hardware and software project manager to assist with the development, integration, testing, and improvement of our Kiosks.

The role requires knowledge of Wincor and NCT software system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment and research and deployment of Wincor And NCT Dispenser
• Integrate Wincor And NCT Dispenser with our ATM platform
• Deployment of kiosk to new locations
• Familiar with Risk and safety security of replenishment
• Diagnose hardware/software integration issues
• Test cash dispensing, denomination selection, error handling, sensor status, and device responses
• Develop tools or utilities for ATM testing and diagnostics
• Troubleshoot dispenser errors and communication problems
• Assist with integration of additional ATM peripherals when required
• Test new software and hardware configurations before deployment
• Maintain technical documentation for software and hardware integrations

Preferred Required

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly preferred:

• ATM and cash in transit
• Wincor And NCT Dispenser
• Serviced ATM prior machines
• Windows-based ATM systems
• CEN/XFS or XFS4IoT
• ATM device drivers and middleware
• Serial, USB, TCP/IP, or other hardware communication protocols
• Hardware debugging and troubleshooting
• ATM peripheral integration

Experience working directly with ATM dispenser SDKs, APIs, service providers, or low-level device communication would be a major advantage.
