Job summary

GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning and oversee cross-functional teams in the civil/construction sector. You will coordinate design, procurement and construction to ensure timely, compliant delivery and robust stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes risk-based decision making, sustainability compliance and hands-on guidance through procurement, contracts and handover phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of project management experience within the construction or built environment sector.
• Experience in project and contract management, risk management and data-driven project delivery.
• Good understanding of Green Building Standards and sustainability compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong numerical, communication and attention-to-detail capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, contract performance, costs and payments.
• Manage project handover, documentation and Defects Liability Period (DLP) requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, performance analysis and implementation of best practices.
• Lead, mentor and develop project team members through coaching and performance management.
