SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) to lead government-focused cloud initiatives in Singapore.

You will plan, implement and hand over AWS-based infrastructure while aligning with security, governance and compliance requirements. Qualifications

• PM with 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure projects.
• Strong AWS experience with EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch.
• Familiar with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Coordinate cloud, infrastructure, security, app teams and vendors.
• Track scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation and platform enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with government ICT, cybersecurity and cloud governance.
• Manage vendors, project documentation, status reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Support change management, operational readiness and BAU transition.

Job description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) to lead and coordinate cloud infrastructure projects within a government environment. The role will oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of AWS-based infrastructure initiatives while ensuring alignment with government security, governance and compliance requirements.

Location: Central (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Coordinate cloud, infrastructure, security, application teams and external vendors.
• Track project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation and platform enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with government ICT, cybersecurity and cloud governance requirements.
• Manage vendors, project documentation, status reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Support change management, operational readiness and transition to BAU teams.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in cloud or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS and CloudWatch.
• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation or data centre projects.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience in government or regulated environments would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or AWS certifications are advantageous.
